Framework agreement for consultancy services within ICT. security will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating based on.
the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by
credit information company with licence to conduct this service.
Additional information: If a tenderer, for valid reasons, such as a newly started company, cannot submit the documentation requested by the contracting authority, he can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority can accept.
