The framework agreements are intended to cover the main part of the contracting authority ́s continous doctor needs for the services that are dealt with in this competition. Kvam municipality shall have a right, but no obligation to benefit the framework agreements. The contracting authority expects that in this contract area there can be a framework agreement for a minimum of 3 tenderers and a maximum of seven tenderers, and that a maximum of 7 suppliers shall be awarded a contract in the tender contest. If there are less than three tenderers, it will nevertheless consider establishing a framework agreement with 1 or 2 tenderers, where appropriate. The framework agreement has a contract period of two years. The expected start time for the contract is 01.08.2024. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract on identical terms for up to 1+1 year. The maximum agreement period is 4 years.
