Framework agreement for Asphalt and oil gravel 2024-2027

Ullensvang kommune

Ullensvang municipality is holding the competition on behalf of the municipalities: Eidfjord, Etne, Ullensvang and Ulvik. The municipalities will hold the competition jointly, but each municipality will enter into separate framework agreements and will be a separate contract party with the tenderer. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for the delivery and paving of asphalt materials on roads, open spaces and associated asphalt works. The framework agreement shall ensure that the Contracting Authority can carry out the mentioned work in a flexible, environmentally friendly and efficient manner, as well as provide predictability for the contracting authority as regards execution. The contracts shall also contribute to roads and spaces in the municipalities being of satisfactory quality. The work shall be carried out as needed in accordance with the framework agreement. The municipalities intend to enter into a contract with one tenderer. See the municipality ́s websites for further information on the municipalities.

The contract shall be valid for two (2) years from when the contract is signed, with a unilateral option for the municipalities to extend for one year + one year. The extension will be automatic with one year at a time, unless the contract is terminated at the latest one month before the automatic extension will commence.
