The competition is for framework agreements for architect services for the contract period 2024 - 2026 (2028). The framework agreements are intended to cover most of the contracting authority ́s continual need for the provision of architect services for investment and maintenance projects in the following six categories: 1. School and nursery buildings. 2. Health centres (such as residential and activity centres, health centres, emergency doctor surgeries and institutions). 3. Sports and cultural centres (such as sports halls, multi-purpose halls and arts centres) 4. Residences (such as social security, social welfare, service, EFF and psychiatric residences), administration buildings and other buildings. 5. Landscape architect 6. Listed and listed buildings The contracting authority intends to enter into three framework agreements with three tenderers per category, provided that there are 3 suitable tenderers and tenders. The assignment is further described in Part II of the contract documentation and annexes.

Requirements connected to the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Tenderers shall have settled financial conditions and the financial capacity to fulfil the contract for the categories included in the tender. Requirements connected to the tenderer's experience.: Tenderers shall have experience from at least two relevant assignments for the provision of architect services within each of the categories included in the tender, as regards the extent and degree of difficulty as described in the tender documentation. The assignments must be carried out and completed in the last seven years. Documentation proof in accordance with the Competition Description.

Requirements connected to the tenderer ́s capacity and implementation ability.: The contracting authority requires that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to carry out the estimated number of assignments within the categories that the tender applies to, as described in the tender documentation. Documentation proof in accordance with the Competition Description.

Requirements regarding the quality assurance system.: The tenderer is required to have an environmental management system suitable for the delivery ́s environmental properties, complexity and risk. Documentation proof in accordance with the Competition Description.

We refer to our previous announcement regarding the competition for the framework agreement for architectural services, specifically for category 5 – landscape architect. The contracting authority has decided to cancel the competition for category 5 – landscape architect. This decision is made in accordance with FOA § 25-4 (1), which allows for the cancellation of a competition when an error in the competition documents is identified that cannot be corrected in any way other than by cancelling the competition.
