The service shall cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for professionally responsible consultancy during the contract period. The service deals with all professional disciplines that are necessary to assist the Contracting Authority during the agreement period. The service includes; buildings, real estate, roads, water and sewage, land use and other technical consultancy services included in the municipal entity. The list is not exhaustive, but illustrates the span of possible areas included in the Service. The contract means that a framework agreement will be signed with up to three (3) parallel tenderers.

The estimated market value per annum can, for example, vary from NOK 7 million to NOK 45 million per annum. The total value of the procurement, including options, is estimated to be up to NOK 180 million over a four year period. All sums are excluding VAT. The announced and estimated total value of the procurement is very uncertain and can vary greatly during the agreement period. A significant part of the uncertainty can be connected to any future assignments that are not currently known or decided to be carried out. It is taken into account that any possible future measures are initiated to stimulate business if such needs arise. The contracting authority draws particular attention to the fact that the framework agreement ́s estimated volume can be considerably reduced if such measures are not initiated.
