The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for trade services within electrical work, as well as give the contracting authority access to a professionally good and financially sensible service. The contracting authority needs to enter into framework agreements for trade services for the above mentioned discipline. The municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with up to three tenderers. Electrician services: The works mainly comprise repairs and replacements on the contracting authority ́s buildings and sites, but can also include work on new buildings. Materials needed for the different operations will also be included in the work. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusiveness on the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider. The contracting authority is, thus, free to purchase materials from other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work that shall be carried out without mark-up in the agreed prices for work. The contract also includes minor adjoining works and works that come naturally under the discipline.

The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

Experience from similar assignments - reference projects: Tenderers shall have good experience with the execution of comparable assignments. Documentation requirement: A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three years. The list shall as a minimum contain • the name of the customer/contracting authority • Brief description of the delivery • date of the delivery. • contract value and extent • a gender neutral preferred for each delivery, as well as a telephone number and email address.

Delivery capacity and implementation ability: Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall, as a minimum, provide an overview of the tenderer ́s total manpower within the contract ́s discipline, including an overview of the number of man-labour years and the competence of each individual resource who is available for work under the contract. An account shall be given of how the tenderer will ensure sufficient capacity for the contract.
