Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The TRV Group is located in Heimdal I Trondheim, located at Heggstadmoen 53. Most of the cleaning services will be located in the area around Heggstadmoen. In addition we are located with a shop (Brukom) and storage in Styrmannsgt. 6 at Nyhavna in Trondheim. The waste suction is located all around Trondheim municipality. The buildings currently have a total gross area of approx. 7,300 m2. The assignment consists of the following: a) regular cleaning) regular additional services) cleaning to order) the delivery of sanitary and hygiene articles in connection with filling services In the contract period, there may be changes in the organisation and/or buildings that may affect the contract.

Documentation requirement for tender submission: Extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating company, with score A (credit worthy) or an equivalent or better rating. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clearly stated. Services only: Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have well documented performance ability from relevant and comparable deliveries, including deliveries in accordance with NS INSTA 800. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's three most relevant and comparable contracts from the last 3 years. Minimum one of the assignments shall be in accordance with NS INSTA 800. Tenderers shall document fulfilment by completing the attached template for reference descriptions. See annexes 6 Reference descriptions. The overview of the deliveries shall as a minimum contain Following: • Brief description of the delivery including the name of the Principal. • Date of execution (year/month) year/month) • Extent of the delivery in amounts.

Technical personnel or technical units: Tenderers can use the following technical personnel or technical units , particularly those who are responsible for quality control: For technical personnel or technical units that do not directly belong to the tenderer ́s business, but if the capacity the tenderer will use, cf. part II, section C, separate ESPD forms shall be supplemented. Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity and competence to fulfil this contract. Technical facilities and quality assurance measures: The tenderer utilises the following technical facilities and quality assurance measures and the tenderer ́s survey and research facility is as follows: Minimum qualification requirements A good and well-functioning quality management system is required for the requested services. The concept of a quality management system is i.a. that the tenderer has a awareness of examples of quality objectives, planning, securing, handling deviations, quality improvement and data security. Documentation requirement for submitting tenders: A description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certifications, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate.

Investigation and research facilities: The tenderer ́s survey and research facilitates are as follows:

Management and tracing of the supply chain: The tenderer will be able to use the following management of the supply chain and tracing systems for the execution of the contract:

Control Permission: For goods or services that are complicated, or that in exceptional cases shall be used for a particular purpose: Will the tenderer allow checks of the tenderer's production capacity or technical capacity and, where necessary, of the survey and research facilities that the tenderer has at its disposal and of quality control measures? Environmental management measures: Tenderers can employ the following environmental management measures in connection with the execution of the contract: Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have a documented environmental management system. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's environment system. If a tenderer is certified by a public certification body (EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, or another recognised environmental management system/standard) it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate. The attached self-declaration environment can be used as documentation.
