The Contracting Authority shall, on behalf of the health companies in Helse Sør-Øst, Helse Midt-Norge and Helse Nord, procure food and drink products except wholesaler products. The procurement shall cover the health authorities ́needs for food and drink at all hospitals and other administrative buildings. Wholesaler goods are not a part of this procurement. The procurement is divided into 13 sub areas. The health companies ́needs can be divided into the following main categoriesMeieri products, Coffee Mineral water Fresh juice, Fish Fruit and vegetable bakery products.
