This particularly applies to services that require ID control to receive the service. At the same time, many government services are digitised, but their useful use depends on inhabitants having sufficient digital competence. The aim of the pilot is to test different models to make governmental public services more accessible in the local local service centre, based on the existing municipal service square or the like. The Ministry has selected nine pilots, with the following municipalities: Gamvik, Lebesby, Meløy, Nore og Uvdal, Tokke, Ulstein, Vanylven, Værøy (with Røst, Flakstad and Moskenes), and Øygarden. The purpose of the follow-up evaluation is to evaluate the process and result of the local pilots with the local service centre. The financial extent of the contract is up to nok 3,000,000. We anticipate that the hourly work need will be between 1650 and 2500 hours. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
