Nav Tiltak Oslo shall procure the labour market measure Follow-up: Career guidance and job search - Oslo for persons who need more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Career guidance and job search - Oslo is a job club that shall provide assistance with the aim of the participants obtaining paid work. Participants shall increase their job seeker competence, as well as get assistance in finding good and effective job searching strategies. The initiative shall contribute to participants becoming more active job seekers and increasing the possibility of getting to work through mobilisation of their competence, experiences, interests and skills. Participants shall strengthen their possibilities to compete for both published and non-published positions in various branches. Participants shall receive training and individually adapted guidance that raises awareness of their own strengths and possibilities in the labour market, as well as get assistance in finding good job seeker strategies and getting good tools that can be used in the job seeker process. The aim is that participants, as soon as possible after the start-up, get to work, and that during the initiative period participants come into contact with employers who can give them opportunities for permanent connection to working life.
