Economic and financial capacity: The tenderer (company) shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement: • A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. • If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the requested documentation, this capacity can be documented by any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable. • Tenderers are required to have the economic and financial ability to carry out the contract.

References: The tenderer (company) shall have solid experience from relevant areas and show comparable assignments. Documentation requirement: Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description so that the contracting authority can assess whether the requirement is fulfilled or not (Yes/No). For information: Quality assessments connected to products and services for the stated references will be assessed in the award criteria.
