Documentation requirement:
Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description so that the contracting authority can assess whether the requirement is fulfilled or not (Yes/No).
