The sub-contract ́s total estimated value is NOK 2,700,000. excluding VAT for the entire contract period including options. Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the following requirements for financial key figures:
Credit rating equivalent to B or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale - or equivalent score from other reputable rating company.

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer ́s fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:

Minimum qualification requirements
A tenderer can rely on other companies' capacity to fulfil the qualification requirements. This applies regardless of the legal connection between the tenderer and the entity(s). If a tenderer would like to use other companies to fulfil the qualification requirements, an ESPD declaration must be submitted electronically for both the tenderer and the entity(s) that the tenderer will use.
Tenderers shall document that they can use the necessary resources by enclosing a commitment statement from these entities.
If a tenderer will use the capacity of other companies to fulfil the requirements for economic and financial capacity, the entities that the tenderer will use shall be joint and severally liable for the execution of the contract. This can be documented by presenting a commitment statement or a parent company guarantee signed by an authorised person.
