The Ministry of Labour and Inclusion is hereby lighting up an assignment for evaluation of the sub-delivery regulations. There is a need for more knowledge about the extent and use of different types of sub-deliveries/rotas in different types of institutions, including the effects of employee health, welfare etc., the importance for service quality and effects/advantages and disadvantages for users, patients and relatives and their satisfaction in the scheme/rota, as well as market and competition conditions. It is particularly important that the consequences of extensions to several user groups in 2016 and 2017 are mapped. The project will be carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Care Services. The assignment will be valid from signing the contract in 2024 until the delivery of the final report 1 November 2025, and has an upper economic limit of NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT.
