The aim of this evaluation is to go through management and follow-up of the grant scheme. Firstly, IMDi wants to be examined to what degree the purpose of the change of the grant scheme has been met. Does the scheme contribute to innovative projects with national transferable value? In order to assess whether the projects have a national value, it will be relevant to examine whether the knowledge, methods and products developed in the project have actually been adopted and/or have contributed to changing ways of working in others. Secondly, IMDi wants to be examined to what degree experience from the projects has contributed to the professional and method development nationally, and that the evaluation recommends concrete adjustments to the scheme to a greater degree now the purpose of the subsidy scheme.
