In order to fulfil Bærum municipality ́s approved environment and climate strategy, the contracting authority has implemented, among other things, a scheme for source sorting and the system for collecting waste in the municipality ́s own buildings (purpose-built buildings, business buildings and major residential facilities). Good and future orientated systems for source sorting and collection of waste at municipal buildings have been facilitated. The contracting authority needs framework agreements for current supplements for previously procured equipment and systems for this purpose regarding source sorting and collection of waste. In order to fulfil Bærum municipality ́s approved environment and climate strategy, the contracting authority has implemented, among other things, a scheme for source sorting and the system for collecting waste in the municipality ́s own buildings (purpose-built buildings, business buildings and major residential facilities). Good and future orientated systems for source sorting and collection of waste at municipal buildings have been facilitated. The contracting authority needs framework agreements for current supplements for previously procured equipment and systems for this purpose regarding source sorting and collection of waste. The need includes the following product categories and shall be included in sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Containers for source sorting - indoor and outdoor Sub-contract 2: Container cabinet - outdoor Sub-Contract 3: Compressing waste system - outdoor procurement value depends on what investment plans are laid and how many source sorting projects the contracting authority will carry out. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. Based on consumption in recent years, an annual amount is estimated to be distributed per sub-contract: Sub-contract 1: approx. NOK 1,000,000 per year Sub-contract 2: approx. NOK 500,000 per year Subcontract 3: approx. 5-10 containers per year This is only an estimate and will not be binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority has budget limits for the described need in total, and withdrawals per sub-contract can be changed by redistribution of funds. The maximum amount for the sub-contracts is, excluding VAT: Sub-contract 1: approx. NOK 6,000,000 Sub-contract 2: approx. NOK 4,000,000 Sub-contract 3: approx. NOK 8,000,000 the Contracting Authority can terminate the individual sub-contract free of charge when the maximum amount for the lot has been reached.

Requirement 3 - Finances: The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clearly stated.
