Kinn municipality is searching for an architect for the project New Main Fire Station - Florø. The project shall be carried out as a builder managed contract.
The assignment includes programming of a new fire station up to and including final completion of the fire station.
The work is included in the above drafts as follows:
• Concretise and verify the articles of association functions and functionalities for the new fire station. Desse shall be aggregated with the necessary degree of detail.
• Describe the final extent of the licence with functions and rooms (room programme and layout/flow chart).
• View sketched permits for the building method and technical guidelines for the new fire station in consultation with the engineering design group.
• There must be a visast sketch for looping such as situation, outdoor, floorplans with main elements, fasadar, cross sections, perspective/3D visualisation/BIM.
• Detailed engineering design services, preparation of quantity description in accordance with NS 3420
• Rolla as an applicant in charge.
• Assistance in the competition phase.
• Assistance in the execution phase.
