A web based energy follow-up system (EOS) shall be delivered for monitoring, registering, reporting, presenting and analysing energy consumption and effect history in the property portfolio of Oslobygg KF (OBF). The EOS system shall contribute to increased awareness and control of own energy consumption, and shall, through detailed monitoring of consumption, be able to uncover and highlight possibilities for energy conservation. In addition the system shall be able to document which energy saving measures give good and long-lasting savings.
