All content shall be transported to IVAR ́s treatment facility in Grødaland, alternatively Mekjarvik as agreed. Emptying fees are to be invoiced directly from IVAR to Hå municipality. In addition to the emptying report, a condition report shall be documented for each septic tank, which shall as a minimum contain status dividing walls, submerged outlets, level in tank upon arrival, foreign elements in the tank, picture of empty tank and general impression of the facility. The condition report shall be delivered for all septic tanks on the timber route independent of emptying or not. Reports for both emptying and condition reports shall be delivered digitally in an appropriate format, i.e. not handwritten notes, cf. point 4 Digital System in requirement specifications.3.
