Elverum municipality, the property staff, shall enter into a contract for mechanical winter maintenance in the form of snow clearing and gritting on approx. 50 municipal properties. The properties that are schools, nurseries, institutions, sports buildings and administration buildings are spread out over large parts of the municipality. In order for the assignments to be attractive to submit tender offers on several properties are combined for lots, in geographical total areas. The assignments are priced for each individual property in Annex B Price Form, but are awarded per geographical area. The areas are defined in the price form. Tenderers must have suitable tools adapted to the assignments at the different properties. The contracting authority is not bound to a specific volume, as changes in the budget and routines can affect the total volume.
