Tenderers shall substantiate the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.: Type of documentation: Annex 1.2: Annual Financial Statements including annual report and auditor's report for the last three fiscal years. If a tenderer feels that this does not provide a correct picture of their financial capacity, it can be accounted for, or by supplementing with a new credit rating carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The contracting authority can obtain further documentation and assessments on the company ́s financial situation and use this in the qualification evaluation.
