Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for construction work, including joinery services and roofer services. 6 to 10 parallel framework agreements will be signed, provided that qualified tenderers and acceptable tenders are accepted. The number of contracts that are awarded will be decided after the tender deadline and conditions such as capacity, experience, needs etc. Will affect the choice of number of tenderers. The works will include ongoing maintenance, renovation and other minor projects at all of the Contracting Authority's buildings. This applies, among other things, to ongoing and planned maintenance work and external and internal work for alterations/renovations and new buildings/additions/additions. The buildings include nursing homes, schools, nurseries, arts and sports buildings, as well as flats for rent. This also includes all the units that Drammen municipality has owner interests in that will use the contracts.
