The system must support the most common browsers/operating systems, and the limitations thereof shall be clearly stated in the tender offer. The same applies to any other physical/technical requirements. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of consultancy services for the further development of Microsoft Dynamics (hereafter called "Dynamics"). We want improvement and efficiency of the different functions we currently use. We currently use Dynamics, among other things, for a contact database, project tool, course portal with login for users and as a portal for sending relevant information. Our aim is to establish a joint system for gathering and processing data, which is used by all norec employees. - Tenderers must provide the necessary training in the system. - Tenderers must have good support in case of errors or when asked about the functionality of the system. The necessary upgrades shall be taken care of by the tenderer. Tenderers must store copies of monitoring profiles as well as monitoring data/hits in a more agreed place/way. The objective is to ensure that Norec has access to search profiles/hits/data. Necessary documentation shall be submitted for using, maintaining and reusing data from the system. User documentation shall be submitted. It intends to help new users, as well as to provide answers to questions that arise during normal use of the system, including help in error situations. See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. Norec would like to enter into a two year contract, with an option for an extension for a further two years.
