Our aim is to establish a joint system for gathering and processing data, which is used by all norec employees. - Tenderers must provide the necessary training in the system. - Tenderers must have good support in case of errors or when asked about the functionality of the system. The necessary upgrades shall be taken care of by the tenderer. Tenderers must store copies of monitoring profiles as well as monitoring data/hits in a more agreed place/way. The objective is to ensure that Norec has access to search profiles/hits/data. Necessary documentation shall be submitted for using, maintaining and reusing data from the system. User documentation shall be submitted. It intends to help new users, as well as to provide answers to questions that arise during normal use of the system, including help in error situations.
