The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the purchase and delivery of goods to the Directorate of Fisheries ́ canteen. The procurement is for the procurement of food products for the daily operation of the Directorate of Fisheries ́ canteen. The canteen is open from 08:00 to 14:00. Goods reception is available on the ground floor. Deliveries can be driven on pallet jacks/trolleys for the canteen. The canteen is equipped with a freezer cabinet and cooling room. It cannot be run straight into the cooling room. Delivery of goods for the canteen shall occur between 07:00 and 14:30. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 2,640,000 excluding VAT. More detailed requirements for the service are in Annex 1 - the Contracting Authority ́s requirement specifications. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

4.2.3 Economic and financial position: Requirements: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A transcript of a credit rating showing the financial ranking from Dun & Bradstreet, Bisnode or equivalent credit rating company shall be enclosed. The minimum requirement for credit worthiness is rating A or equivalent. The credit rating should not be older than 3 months. A definition of the symbols that the credit rating institution uses must be enclosed so that the contracting authority can assess different ratings up against each other. The tenderer may choose to rely on another company's capacity to fulfil the requirement for the tenderer's economic and financial position. If so, the tenderer must document the resources of the company that they will use and that they can use them (cf. the commitment statement in Annex C).

Tax certificate: Requirements: Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall submit a tax certificate that is not older than six months, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-2 (2). • Norwegian tenderers can order a tax certificate through form RF-1316 in Altinn. • Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

Company Registration Certificate: Requirements: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a company registration certificate. Foreign tenderers will provide confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established or registered.
