Environmental Considerations in the Procurement: The nature of this procurement is mobile telephony services, including subscription services for voice and data traffic. The procurement of physical goods is limited to a small extent, and with the possible delivery of e-SIMs, this extent will be further reduced. Therefore, the nature of the procurement is limited to the provision of mobile telephony services and is a service procurement. The delivery of the service will be linked to products already owned by the contracting authority and, as mentioned, will to a small extent include the delivery of goods. Mobile telephony is also found on DFØ’s list of procurements that have an insignificant climate footprint and environmental impact. It is therefore assessed that this procurement by its nature has an insignificant climate footprint and environmental impact, and the exemption provision in the Supply Regulations § 7-9 (5) applies
