Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Nordstrandveien connects Nordsia/Kjerringøy with the centre of Bodø and the national road network. The total project includes approx. 1,300 metres improvement and construction of a thorough cycle path and pavement between Mælen and Rø nvikkrysset.Vi shall clean up exits to business areas and we will make good solutions for public transport. The project also includes a new bridge over the railway, which will replace the old bridge, which is in technically bad condition. Through these measures we would like to increase the share of bicycle and public transport journeys, see to Nordstrandveien as a traffic-safe school road, solve the current area use conflicts between pedestrians and cyclists, as well as give Nordstrandveien a street spread. The development plan for the project was adopted by Bodø municipality in 2018.The project is divided into 4 sub-phases. Part 1, Roundabout Mælen (has been completed), Parts 2 and 3, (this contract) stretches from the Roundabout in Mælen and passes Amtmann Worsøes gate. Part 4, (which has not been completed), deals with the area from Amtmann Worsøes gate and up to the junction of Rønvikveien/Kirkeveien. This part includes a new bridge solution over the railway. The date of notice for part 4 has not yet been decided. This contract also includes municipal engineering water and sewage installations, and Bodø municipality is the builder for these facilities.

Tax certificates: Norwegian tenderers must be up-to-date with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT). Documented by a tax certificate. Community with suppliers: If several participants participate in the competition jointly, the tenderers in the community must ensure the necessary documentation that the qualification requirements are met. It is the community as such that will be considered. An account shall be enclosed with the tender for the companies that are behind the community and a declaration of joint and several liability to the contracting authority. The following documentation shall, therefore, also: - The participating tenderers shall submit their own versions of the European Self-Declaration Form (ESPD) as a part of the tender. - Account of the community, including the role of each participant. - Declaration of joint and several liability to the contracting authority. - The community of suppliers can rely on the capacity of participants in the group and, if necessary, rely on other entities, and if so, all the qualification requirements apply. Newly established tenderers: A tenderer who is recently established and cannot, due to this, submit all the documentation required below, must be particularly careful to document and substantiate that they still have the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract. Newly established tenderers emphasise that it is the tenderer's ability as such to carry out the contract that is assessed, not individual persons ́ competence in isolation. Support from other entities and participation in communities: The tenderer can, if necessary, rely on other companies' capacity to fulfil the requirements for economic and financial capacity and/or the requirements for technical and professional qualifications. The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, and shall fulfil the following requirements: The tenderer's equity shall be positive. The average annual turnover is minimum NOK 120,000,000 for the last three previous fiscal years. Tenderers shall have a percentage equity ratio of at least 10%. Documentation requirement: 1. The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and Audit Report for the last three years and new information (quarterly accounts) of importance to the tenderer's fiscal figures. 2.
