"Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open competition for a contract in the project "Øvre Bakklandet - Lillegårdsbakken OV pipeline". The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical and economic basis necessary for fulfilment of the contract. Furthermore, experience from equivalent work is required for the execution of the above mentioned contract work in accordance with the tender documentation. The competition will be carried out via the municipality ́s tender implementation tool Mercell. All communication and tender submission will be via Mercell'.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The project will establish new surface water pipelines, as well as updating waste water and water pipelines. Ditches will be established in municipal roads, and private service lines will be connected to the new route for water and sewage. In order to improve the handling, new private service pipes will be laid for surface water, which leads to separation at property borders. Where new water and sewage pipelines are constructed, the existing water and sewage installations will be replaced. A concrete culvert from 1913, measuring 600 mm x 900 mm, is currently located in large parts of the route that shall be renewed. This will be replaced with a new concrete surface water pipe with a diameter of 1000mm. On the last part (50m) of the route, the dimension is increased to 1,200 mm before emissions to the River Nidelva. The new emission point will be next to the existing emission point. Erosion protection measures shall also be carried out along the river bank in order to prevent erosion, on the stretch between Øvre Bakklandet 24 B and Nidelven Terrasse 12A. To avoid conflict with smolt, salmon fishing, roe and fry, this work must be carried out in September. After the work has been completed, all affected areas will be returned to their original condition. The contract ́s value is estimated to NOK 500,000,000 excluding NOK 60,000,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is informative only, and the contracting authority is not bound by this value.
