In assessing the tenderer's experience, emphasis will be put on, among other things:
• The extent of the tenderer's involvement in the project.
• The complexity of the delivery.
• Whether the reference projects cover the subject area that a tender has been submitted for, see Annex 2 - "Description of the sub-area". Documentation requirement: • Tenderers shall fill in annex 4 - "Experience Response Form". Tenderers shall state the three most relevant projects carried out in the last five years calculated from the tender deadline date.
• In the field 'The description of deliveries', the tenderer shall also state which relevant work was carried out by the tenderer.
• Projects that have not been completed can be given, as long as the relevant work has been carried out. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to account for that the ongoing project(s) documents relevant experience.

The tenderer's ability and capacity: See point 6.4.2 in the competition provisions. Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity to operate the Contracting Authority in a good enough way throughout the entire contract period. Documentation requirement: The tenderer ́s completed Annex 5 - "Response Form overview of the tenderer's manpower per sub-contract", for the sub-contracts a tender is submitted for.
Tenderers shall enclose the following:
• Overview of the tenderer ́s total manpower distributed per sub-contract, fill in Annex 5 "Response Form Overview of the Tenderer's Manpower per sub-contract". A minimum of two (2) consultants shall be given per sub-contract with relevant competence within the sub-area. See the competence level description for the different personnel categories in Annex 7 - "Price Form". Consultant means resources within the sub-area and within the different personnel categories (levels 1 and 2). The same consultants can be specified for several sub-contracts.
• Ownership structure/organisation chart
An overview of any sub-suppliers and how they are placed.
