The Norwegian Coastal Administration shall work more systematically with sustainability by contributing to the development within the own sector and in own organisation support fulfilment of the UN ́s sustainability goals. The Norwegian Coastal Administration has ambitions to identify, report and handle natural and climate risks, as well as set targets and implement measures for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and negative natural impact. The objective of the procurement is assistance with the sustainability work and implementation of the current framework for work on climate, nature and the environment. The objective of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s need for assistance in systematic work on sustainability. The work will be carried out together with a dedicated team and include: to assist in the work of creating guiding material on environmental requirements for employees who shall procure materials that describe which and how assessments shall be carried out, as well as how this shall be followed up. support for the work of operationalising new climate and environmental requirements. to map the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s significant environmental aspects. assist the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s climate gas accounts with a main focus on scope 3. to carry out nature and climate risk analyses by using the given frameworks (TNFD and TCFD). to assist in creating science based targets by using SBTi and SBTn to develop routines/descriptions for monitoring and measuring performance. assist in the work with sustainability in carrying out social assignments and authority.

Environmental management system: Tenderers shall have an environmental management system that fulfils the requirements in ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn or EMAS in accordance with relevant trade requirements, or fulfil equivalent requirements.
