The aim is to contribute with research based knowledge on the effects of the use of administrative sanctions and other administrative law reactions, and by cases reported to the police. The project shall prepare statistics on the control departments ́ use of administrative sanctions and other administrative law reactions, and of cases reported to the police. Furthermore, the project shall use available registry data to analyse and describe the compliance effects of administrative sanctions and other administrative reactions and of reports followed by any negative reaction in the criminal case track. The analyses shall provide the most knowledge of compliance, including relevant outcome variables or good targets for compliance. The project shall include the responsibilities of the Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Customs, the Norwegian Tax Administration, the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration and the Directorate of Fisheries. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 5,300,000 excluding VAT. Sub-reports on the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority shall be submitted 30.12.2024, or as soon as possible after that. The assignment shall initially be completed by 30.04.2026. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
