Economic and financial capacity: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the assignment. The Contracting Authority will obtain information about the tenderer's economic and financial position through the Proff (www.proff.no). Tenderers shall ensure that this information is available on the website. If it is not available, the tender shall be enclosed with the company's last two auditor approved annual accounts with annual report. If a tenderer have reasonable grounds for not having the above mentioned documentation available, he can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable. Environmental policy: Good environmental policy is required. Documentation is required of the company's environmental policy for presentation of ISO 14001 certification or equivalent. Registered in a trade register: Tenderers are registered in a professional register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
