The Contracting Authority will obtain information about the tenderer's
economic and financial position through the Proff
(www.proff.no). Tenderers shall ensure that this
information is available on the website. If it is not
available, the tender shall be enclosed with the company's last two
auditor approved annual accounts with annual report. If a tenderer
have reasonable grounds for not having the above mentioned documentation
available, he can prove his economic and financial
position with any other document that the contracting authority
deems suitable.
