Tenderers are invited to participate in an open tender contest for the awarding of framework agreement to a tenderer, for the procurement of forestry services for Meraker Brug.The framework agreement will apply for the period 1.1.2025-31.12.2026. The competition will be held as an open tender contest in accordance with the regulations on public procurements, parts I and III. In an open tender competition it is not allowed to negotiate the tenders. This means that tenderers must submit their final tender by the tender deadline expiry. The contracting authority has the right, however, to request in writing that tenderers submit a supplement, clarify or supplement the received information or documentation within a short additional deadline if the information or documentation appears to contain errors or uncertainties, or if certain information or documents are missing. The assignment for Meraker Brug includes Meråker, Stjørdal, Malvik and Steinkjer municipalities in Trøndelag county.

Requirements regarding the tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: Tenderers shall provide an overview of the largest and most important assignments carried out in the last three years, including the assignments ́: •Time •Receiver •Value If the tenderer believes to have valid reasons for not submitting such an overview that Meraker Brug has requested, he may contact Meraker Brug in writing in order to clarify whether this is a reason that Meraker Brug can accept. Tenderers shall provide information on who will be responsible for the assignment and the competence and experience of those who will carry out the assignment, including sub-suppliers. Tenderers shall document competence within The Norwegian PEFC Forest Standard, through course certificates, certificates or declarations. This applies to all department managers/forestry managers, operations managers, machine operators and supervisors within forest culture. PEFC courses shall be implemented in accordance with the revised standard from 01.03.2023. Tenderers are required to be certified in accordance with ISO 14001 with The Norwegian PEFC Forest Standard as environmental requirements by the tender deadline expiry. The tenderer is required to be certified in accordance with ISO 9001 by the tender deadline. Tenderers shall give an overview of the machines, tools and technical equipment that the tenderer can use as documentation that the assignment can be carried out in a satisfactory manner. Innskudd og garantier som kreves:

Tenderers shall, at the latest when the contract is signed, present a bank guarantee (surety guarantee) from a financial institution that operates operations in Norway according to a licence given by the Norwegian authorities for the company Meraker Brug AS. The guarantee applies to public sales and it is security for timely fulfilment of the tenderer ́s obligations in accordance with this contract. The guarantee shall apply for the entire contract period and correspond to the value of six weeks turnover including VAT.
