Helse Nord RHF

Helse Nord RHF hereby invites tenderers to a competition for the purchase of 24 hour treatment and outpatient follow-up within mental health care for adults. Helse Nord RHF is the contracting authority and contract party. Sykehusinnkjøp HF is assisting the contracting authority in the procurement. The objective of the procurement is to contribute to ensuring that the population has access to necessary health services. The treatment offer will be a supplement and an alternative to the tender that is delivered by own health companies. The contract ́s stated aim is to carry out comprehensive patient pathways and to give patients a treatment offer within a reasonable time, as well as to facilitate that the deadlines in the health authorities do not occur.

The target group is parents with mental disorders and serious interaction difficulties that have a negative impact on their functioning as parents and in a family relationship. Both single parents and parent couples shall be included in the target group. Actual diagnosis groups are most general psychiatric conditions, including trauma disorders and moderate to severe anxiety and depression. The target group shall also be offered outpatient reviews, treatment and follow-up.

The tenderer ́s premises must be secured throughout the entire contract period.: Documentation: Documentation of ownership of the premises. Leased premises shall document a rent contract for the entire contract period, including an option for an extension. Recently established companies can document the requirement by a copy of an intention contract or equivalent documentation that shows that the tenderer is in a concrete process as regards premises within the health region for the entire contract period, including the option's year. Tenderers shall not have employed personnel who may have a conflict of impartiality with the health authorities in Helse Nord.: Documentation: Tenderers shall confirm that health personnel with main working conditions in Helse Nord have registered the biernity at the main contracting authority, cf. § 19, 2nd section.
