Helse Nord RHF is the contracting authority and contract party. Sykehusinnkjøp HF is assisting the contracting authority in the procurement. The objective of the procurement is to contribute to ensuring that the population has access to necessary health services. The treatment offer will be a supplement and an alternative to the tender that is delivered by own health companies. The contract ́s stated aim is to carry out comprehensive patient pathways and to give patients a treatment offer within a reasonable time, as well as to facilitate that the deadlines in the health authorities do not occur.
