Tenderers shall have good economic and financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.: Documentation requirement: • A solidity assessment/credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating company. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. • The rating must provide information on credit worthiness, i.e. Dun & Bradstreet rating "A/"Approved" or "good credit worthiness" or equivalent from another approved credit rating company. The result shall be given in the documentation that a graded value (letters or numbers etc.) on a defined scale. o Tenderers with a rating worse than "A"/"Approved"/"good credit worthiness" will be rejected. • The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

Tenderers shall have good implementation ability and capacity that shows that the tenderer can fulfil the contract.: Documentation requirement: • A short, overall description of the company shall be given, including: o An account of the company's business concept and core competence related to the scope of the delivery. o An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities. o Description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract, hereof a list of personnel that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the requested contract area.

Tenderers shall have experience from similar deliveries that show that they can fulfil the contract.: Documentation requirement: • Description of the tenderer ́s up to 3 most relevant assignments in the course of the last 5 years. The overview shall, at a minimum, contain: o Short description of the delivery, o Date of the assignment, o Extent of the delivery and in amounts o Name and tlf.nr. to the reference person at the contracting authority. The contracting authority must be able to contact the reference persons who are listed.

Tenderers shall be certified as company health services by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority in accordance with the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. The Administrative Scheme Regulations on the Working Environment Act ́s area of 06.12.11 no. 1360 Chapter 2.: Documentation requirement: • Certification as company health service from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
