The Supplier must be an approved provider of company health services as per the regulation for administrative arrangements, FOR-2011-12-06-1360
Documentation Requirements: Official copy of approval from The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
Relevant experience
The Supplier must have experience with completing comparable contracts. In this instance, "comparable contracts" means contracts for the delivery of services with a similar scope and complexity.
Documentation Requirements: A list of similar contracts awarded to the Supplier during the last 5 years. The list must include as a minimum:
The name of the Contracting Authority
Details for the contact person (min. e-mail address)
The scope of services
The value of the contract
The timings for the delivery of services
A brief description of the services to be delivered
Capacity
The Supplier must have sufficient capacity to complete its contractual obligations
Documentation Requirements: A description of the Suppliers organisational structure and the personell the Supplier has control over to perform the delivery of the services.
The description should include:
An overview of all employees grouped by their position/profession. It is beneficial if the overview is also grouped by geographic location
An overview of all locations where the Supplier has personell.
Quality Assurance
The Supplier must have in place and practice a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the delivery of the services.
Documentation Requirements: It is sufficient to provide a copy of the Supplier's certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality assurance standard for the delivery of the services.
Alternatively (if not certified as above):
A description of the Supplier's system (routines and activities) for quality assurance.
Environmental Profile
The Supplier must have a clear environmental profile
Documentation Requirements:
A description of the Supplier's environmental profile.
Any relevant certifications such as Miljøfyrtårn or ISO 14001:2015 are sufficient documentation.
