Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Bergen Vann shall enter into a framework agreement for electrical safety at our approx. 570 facilities in Bergen and Bjørnafjorden municipalities. The number of installations can vary over time. Of these plants, approx. 41% make up water supply plants, the rest are sewage installations. The services include: Internal control and electrical inspections: Implementation of periodic inspections and inspections of electrical installations in accordance with the current laws and regulations (FEF, NEK 400, as well as relevant HSE regulations). Thermography: Use of thermographing to uncover heat development in electrical systems, which may indicate wear and tear or potential fire hazards. Termography shall be carried out on critical installations. Short-circuit calculations (FebDok): Execution of short-circuit calculations and other necessary electrical analyses to ensure that the installations comply with regulatory requirements for fuses and earth fault protection. Reporting: The tenderer shall prepare and deliver detailed reports for each facility after inspection and inspection, with a description of finds, measures and recommendations. The reports shall be submitted electronically to BV ́s gender neutral preferred or via a web system. Advice: Offer professional advice on the necessary measures to improve any errors, shortcomings or risks that are uncovered during inspections and inspections. HSE procedures The service provider/sub-suppliers shall follow the current HSE procedures and requirements for all visits to the facilities. This includes reliable use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting unwanted events. VaccinesIt is recommended that all persons who shall work with sewage water are vaccinated against: Tetanus, Polio and Hepatitis A and B. Supplier audits the Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out supplier audits during the contract period. The planned start of the agreement is 01.01.25.

Minimum qualification requirements The contracting authority requires that all tenderers have implemented a quality management system that is satisfactory to ensure the quality of execution in this contract. Documentation requirement: Description of the company ́s implemented quality management system. A certificate shall be submitted for the company's quality management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the company fulfils certain quality management standards, for example ISO 9001. If the company does not have such certificate, other documentation of the company's quality management system shall be provided.
