The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of building cleaning to our premises in Rådhusgata 5 and Oslo S in Oslo, as well as our locations in, among other things, Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim. This includes regular cleaning, various forms of cleaning to order and hire of maths. The total gross area of the buildings is approx. 3,000 - 4,000 m2.

economic and financial capacity: Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, in which, among other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.   Documentation requirement: Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the submission date from the tender offer. Documentation shall be connected to the unit c/o an organisation number that shall be the contracting party for the tender, as well as any other resources that shall contribute significantly to any competition.

Reference projects:: Requirement: Tenderers, with any sub-suppliers, shall have sufficient experience with equivalent assignments. Documentation requirement: List of the three most relevant deliveries and services performed during the last three years, including information on the value, time and name of the customer. Contact information of the reference person at the contracting authority (name, email and telephone number). References must be contactable in order to verify the deliveries. Use the template in Part I Annex 3 - Reference Projects in the tender documentation.

Environmental monitoring measures: Requirement: Tenderers shall have a documented and conscious relation to their own environmental impact. Documentation: A description of the tenderer's environmental management measures (up to two A4 pages), or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation.
