Quality assurance standards: Tenderers are required to have a well-functioning quality assurance system. Competence and systems which ensure that the service can be provided with low environmental impact and a high degree of security are required. An account of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system/environmental management system as well as a copy of the table of contents shall be enclosed. The account shall have a maximum of 2 A4 pages.
If a tenderer has certification iht. ISO 14001, 9001 EMAS or Miljøfyrtårn, or other management and environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards certified by bodies that comply with the community regulations or relevant European or international standards regarding certification, this will be sufficient to comply with the requirement. It is sufficient, then, to enclose a copy of the certification.

Tax Certificate: Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a tax certificate (certificate for social security, payroll tax and VAT), which is not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed.
Tenderers shall account for any arrears. This also applies for sub-suppliers.
