Procurement for the purchase of 11 new electric cars for Søre Sunnmøre Barnevernssamarbeid. The contracting authority currently has leasing contracts for 11 Kia e-Niro electric cars. One leasing contract has been signed per vehicle. Several of the leasing agreements have different completion dates, with the principal expires 28.02.2025, and the last expires 16.02.2026. The vehicles that are procured in this procurement shall replace the vehicles that the Contracting Authority currently uses, noko which means that the vald supplier must deliver the vehicles in quarter to the current leasing agreement. The contracting authority requests tenders for two different pairs of vehicles: • Vehicle type 1: Requirement for four wheel drive and a requirement for a large boot. • Vehicle type 2: No requirement for four wheel drive and minor boot requirements Tenderers can offer the same model for both vehicle type 1 and vehicle type 2 with and external four wheel drive and with different battery levers as long as the requirements in Annex 2 "Requirement Specifications" are fulfilled. The cars shall be delivered to Volda municipality. The service centre for repairs and guarantee cases shall not be further than 35 kilometres from Volda Town Hall (Stormyra 2, 6100 Volda). This applies to both categories of vehicles. The contracting authority can, however, accept the service place farther away if the tenderer can collect and deliver the vehicle at the Contracting Authority ́s address in connection with service and warranty repairs without an extra cost. In the event of an error that makes the vehicle unable to be used, the tenderer shall pick up the car next day after an error has been registered.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient finances to fulfil their contractual obligations. - Documentation requirement: Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. This shall be carried out by a credit information agency that has permission to carry out such works. The contracting authority retains the right to self-obtain a credit assessment of the tenderer. Newly established companies that have not established a basis for credit appraisal must enclose a declaration from a bank, auditor or equivalent financing institution regarding the economic and financial position.
