The barracks shall be for 2 floors and shall ensure optimal utilisation of the available outside area as possible. See the draft for placement. The tenderer shall design the facility. The barracks modules shall fulfil requirements in the at any given time applicable plan and building law with the accompanying technical regulations. The contracting authority will be responsible for ground and excavation work for conveying water, sewage, electro and IT until the outside of the barracks modules and any ground work for foundations, as well as the preparation of the necessary applications in connection with this. The conveyance of electricity/IT and water/sewage is delivered to the relevant area by the contracting authority in routes dug by the contracting authority.
