Autoclave that shall be located in the faculty ́s premises on the 4th floor in the faculty ́s buildings. The autoclave shall be used for autoclaving aqueous solutions in open containers (various buffers, growth media, agar media, sea water etc.), and solid materials (including various glass, plastic and metal equipment) for use in research laboratories. The autoclave shall also be used for autoclaving biological waste such as bacteria and yeast cultures (infection risk group 2).
