Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.: The auditor ́s and the board ́s reports on the last annual accounts. For new tenderers who do not have a three year financial history, documentation can be accepted for a shorter period, but not shorter than one year.
The contracting authority reserves the right to require/gather further information from the tenderer or from available sources in order to verify whether the tenderer has sufficient financial strength.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.
