Avfall Sør AS

Avfall Sør is a waste management company responsible for the collection and treatment of waste from households in the owner municipalities of Kristiansand and Vennesla. Through smart, efficient and user-friendly solutions, we create new values by reusing resources in an economic and sustainable way. Avfall Sør is managed, among other things, through a four year waste plan plan (2021-2024) for how the company shall facilitate the services for inhabitants. In the important work of achieving objectives and increased sorting requirements, a communication platform and a communication strategy was also prepared that follows the waste plan work. In line with current plans and strategies, the tenderer shall be able to assist Avfall Sør with: Further development, publication, support, operation and service of the website avfallsor.noSøkemotor optimisation (SEO) Digital consultancyDigital analysis (statistics / reporting for own digital solutions etc.) Web development IntegrationsInteraction design (UX and UI) Various practical digital professional assignments as needed Other digital services (internal and external) by the contractAvfall Sør use WordPress as the digital platform for avfallsor.no. The website is the most important communication channel Avfall Sør has. Here customers should quickly and easily find the information they need. The tenderer shall be Avfall Sørs webmaster and consultant for the further development of the website, as well as existing and new digital communication channels. The sorting helper on the website is a fully integrated system that retrieves information via an API from sortere.no - a national website run by Loop. Avfall Sør communicates that it is at sortere.no you get answers to the question; what to throw where? Therefore, further development and improvement of the cooperation/integrations with Loop is an important part of Avfall Sør's digital commitment to the future. Tenderers must undertake that all deliveries are in accordance with both existing and new requirements/rules for public websites. This includes, among other things, privacy and information security requirements, copyright and usage rights, cookies (Cookie policy) and universal design.
