Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contracting authority invites to a competition for the acquisition of a platform for multiplex in situ single-cell analysis, for integration into the regional core facility for advanced light microscopy. The platform must be able to perform high-plex analysis of more than 50 protein markers with single-cell resolution on whole tissue samples, including both cryo-preserved and FFPE materials. It must also be able to perform combined analysis of epitopes and transcripts with single-cell resolution, on the same tissue sample. Additionally, the platform should support high-throughput for antibody panels of medium complexity.

… quality assurance standards.: Can tenderers submit certificates issued by independent bodies that document that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards, including universal design requirements? Minimum qualification requirements Certification in accordance with ISO 13485, possibly ISO 9001 or equivalent standard. If the Tenderer cannot submit certification documentation after 13,485, or equivalent standards by the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer itself, the Tenderer shall submit other documentation on equivalent quality assurance measures. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer can document that the measures are equivalent to the requested quality assurance standards.
