Bærum kommune

Bærum municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a contract "200 - General Contract" in the project 501596 Glitterudveien children ́s and respite care residences. The existing children ́s residence in Glitterudveien 143-145 shall be demolished and a new child and respite care home shall be constructed on the site. The new children ́s home shall be adapted for multi-handicapped children with a great need for help, aged 0-18 years. The procurement is for the demolition of an existing building, the construction of a new building with an accompanying outside area on the area by the existing residence, including, among other things, upgrading the access road to the residence. Development of park areas at Kolsås centre with a new public available playground, as well as development of parking areas south of the park areas. The existing building is approx. 950 m2 gross, the total gross area for new buildings on the site is approx. 1600 m2. The park has a total area of approx. 3,300 m2, of which the play area shall be established in the northern half. The parking area is approx. 900 m2.
