The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have experience with the execution of comparable contracts.
The purpose-built buildings in the relevant procurement are schools, nurseries, institutions, nursing homes, sheltered accommodations and administration buildings.

A list with an overview of the three most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The list shall as a minimum contain:
• The name of the customer/contracting authority.
• Brief description of the delivery,
• Date of the delivery,
• Contract value and scope,

The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the extent and quality.
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Equivalent assignments include deliveries of an equivalent nature to entities of an equivalent size and complexity.

NB! Separate annex 2 - Reference Form shall be submitted for each of the sub-contracts that the tenderer submits a tender for.

Is the tenderer in an insolvency situation? Specify why, under the mentioned circumstances, one is able to carry out the contract, considering the current national provisions and measures for continuing the business activities?
