24/01016 Work psychological test tool for use in HR

Norsk Helsenett SF

The work psychological test tool shall be able to be used by the entities included in the procurement within HR, after the commencement declaration from each individual entity to the contract. The contracting authority for the procurement is the HR forum in the health management and NHN HR. NHN procurements are implementing the procurement on behalf of the Oppdragsgiver.Se of the other competition provisions and Annex 1 the Contracting Authority ́s requirement specification. Some of the entities currently use AON Assessment for this purpose.

The tool shall be established with a separate instance of the service for each of the entities and the tenderer must be in charge of training and certification in the use of test tools, both at the start-up/establishment and during the entire contract period for the customer ́s personnel who need to use a test tool.
