Economic and financial capacity: Requirement: Sufficient economic solidity is required.
Documented by: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than three months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (for example: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has valid reasons for not presenting the documentation requested by the Norwegian Wine and Wine and Liquor Store, the Contracting Authority can document its economic and financial standing with any other document accepted by the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact Vinmonopolet via the communication module in Mercell in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.
