A framework agreement shall be signed for consultancy and analysis services that give businesses the knowledge they need to make different decisions based on expertise within relevant consulting services. The contract shall cover independent and objective analyses of technology, research process. The contract shall include a web portal that i.a. shall include research and market analyses in the ICT area, management disciplines such as leadership, strategy, culture and HR in addition to consultancy services.
