Economic and financial capacity.: Requirement: Sufficient economic solidity is required. Documented by a credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (for example: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has valid reasons for not presenting the documentation requested by the Norwegian Wine and Wine and Liquor Store, the Contracting Authority can document its economic and financial standing with any other document accepted by the Contracting Authority. Organisation 1:: Tenderers are required to have dedicated back office employees at Vinmonopolet, who will be available and be able to answer enquiries in an efficient way. How the tenderer shall resolve this must be described in the tender.

Organisation 2:: Requirement: The manufacturer of the offered products shall be either Fairtrade, Fair for Life, SA8000 certified and/or amfori (BSCI) revised. In the case of (BSCI audit, grades A or B are required. Documented by a valid certificate or a valid approved audit report. Any deviations discovered in the audit must be documented are improved or will be improved shortly.
The contracting authority has the right to make advertised and un advertised inspections at the production units where the products procured by this contract are produced, as well as at their sub-suppliers.
