Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

NORCE needs consultancy and assistance with work within risk management, safety and stand-by. The work shall enable the Contracting Authority to plan the business in a way that reduces the business's risk, manage the business efficiently during crisis situations and minimise the extent of damage when occurring. The framework agreement includes assistance and consultancy within risk management, security (physical security, personnel security and information security), as well as further development of NORCE ́s crisis management with the accompanying governing documents. The assistance can include all types of services that normally come under security and stand-by work, and can include the following assignments: Developing, preparing and maintaining systematic risk and vulnerability analyses. the levelsBistå follow-up findings and learning points after the evaluation of events and exercises NORCE will have different needs and deadlines in the framework agreement, and these will be defined in each individual call-off. Work within safety and stand-by also includes maintenance and development of existing management systems and plans, and the implementation of regular exercises. It will be a combination of physical attendance and use of Teams. Any travel costs associated with attendance in NORCE premises will be paid separately in accordance with the government's travel regulations.
